We prefer face to face meetings for when we represent our candidates as recruiters. Doing this allows us to engage with them fully and importantly, when meeting with potential candidates, it allows us at Roar, to fully understand their needs in every aspect, thus ensuring we deliver the service you & our clients have both expect & demand.


We’re used to working in demanding industries that require high levels of competence, people skills, verification and clear & precise communication; this ensures all parties expectations are met,  clients & candidates alike.

Prior to introducing you to our clients, our consultants will conduct a thorough assessment aligned to our client requirements, this could include:

  • Detailed skills analysis
  • Employment history vetting
  • Quantifying of all CV references to industry qualifications and specialist courses
  • Proof of identity, national insurance, criminal conviction declaration & eligibility to work
  • Previous employment references

After all the aforementioned checks have been verified, we’ll match you with any appropriate jobs we may already have, or seek to find you work with potential clients whose needs should make you a suitable candidate.

Of course, there are no guarantees, but with our levels of due diligence with candidate checking, our placement rate is exceptionally high.
